Liam Fletcher is the one of the antagonists in the series A.D. Police: To Protect and Serve and is a leading figure in the Packer Syndicate that creates illegal Boomers for export.
He used to be a human named Naycen Mason, and his name was changed to Liam Fletcher after he was upgraded into a biologically fused boomer by Kaibara. The design was imperfect however, and Liam began experiencing headaches and had trouble controlling his hands, particularly his right one. Eventually he went wild and lost sentience. He was killed by Hans Kleif, who, ironically, is the finished version of the biologically fused boomer.
